Managers, supervisors, and colleagues of individuals must learn how to work with their employees accordingly who have been diagnosed with cancer. Ensure that employees are accommodated in order to lead a work-life balance whereas they still can work and focus on their health at the same time. By understanding the abilities and unique requirements of individuals diagnoses with cancer, we can ensure that the USDA and other workplaces are universally designed.
