Neurodiversity at the Workplace – Part 3 workshop presents the value of neurodiversity in the workplace, the design of  neurodivergent hiring programs and employee support systems and specific methods and tasks that anyone can take to make the workplace more neurodiverse.

Workshop participants will gain an understanding of the definition, importance, and application of best practices in creating a more neurodiverse workplace. In addition, attendees will recognize common work-culture and interpersonal expectations that result in barriers to neurodivergent‑inclusion.
