Tuesday, October 19, 2021 - 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM EDT

Presenter: Theresa Haskins, Ed.D., Adjunct Associate Professor, University of Southern California; President, Haskins Consulting for Workplace Diversity

Neurodiversity in the workplace promotes equity, inclusion, innovation, and equal opportunities for a growing pool of dynamic talent.  Organizations can create neurodiverse and inclusive cultures by implementing practices that bridge the differences between neurotypical and neurodivergent employees. Learn how you can apply the concept of neurodiversity in the workplace and adopt universal practices that support employee engagement and performance and prove beneficial for all employees.

After completing this training, participants will be able to explain the concept of neurodiversity and why it is a growing area of focus in the workplace; identify three key areas of opportunity in current talent management practices; and apply universal practices to increase neurodiversity, innovation, and flexibility in the workplace.
