The pandemic has changed the very rhythm and underlying structures of our lives.  We are absorbing the unknown at every turn, all the while undergoing an increase in isolation.  This workshop presents practical insights to deal with change and uncertainty. Having survived a devastating car accident at age thirteen that claimed the lives of his father and sister and left him paralyzed from the chest down, the Presenter is an expert in mind-body integration to improve resilience. 

The body is an underutilized asset when working to improve the quality of one’s life. Workshop participants will be inspired to learn how the body is and always will be the best home your mind will ever have.
