The Benefits and Power of Meditation

During this workshop, participants will be introduced to the practice of meditation, including the many benefits of meditation/stillness. The benefits of meditation are many including, but not limited to Stress Reduction, Emotional Balance, Increased Focus and Attention, Increased Creativity, Improved Peace of Mind and Happiness, Decreased Blood Pressure, Improves Sleep, Generates Kindness, Manages Pain. A guided meditation session will be provided.
